Kama Capital (JSC), an investment holding, has purchased the Russian assets of Ceetrus ELO group (known as Auchan Holding), with the GBA exceeding 340,000 sq. m. The parties do not disclose the amount of deal which could be the milestone in the retail property market since the beginning of 2024.
