Rustem Zaripov, CEO of the Kama Capital investment holding, has been included in the CRE 100 – a ranking of the most influential figures in the commercial real estate market who shape industry trends and have a significant impact on the development of the sector.

A particularly notable achievement is that in 2026, Rustem Zaripov was placed in one of the ranking's most prestigious categories – Property Owners. This category features the largest shareholders and company heads who own and manage millions of square meters of prime commercial real estate and determine the strategic development of the market.

This transition to the category reflects a substantial transformation of Kama Capital's business in recent years. Today the holding's assets include approximately 487,000 sq.m of commercial real estate, with a total market value of approximately 71.6 billion rubles.

A significant growth of the portfolio was driven by a number of major investment deals. In 2024, Kama Capital completed the acquisition of the Russian assets of Ceetrus, the transaction included the Akvarel shopping centers, as well as shopping galleries and in-store checkout-zone spaces of Auchan hypermarkets, with a total area of about 290,000 sq.m, located across ten regions of Russia.

Another landmark deal was the acquisition of the Class A office complex Metropolis in Moscow, with a total area of over 110,000 sq. m. from Hines International and the Czech PPF Group The deal was one of the largest on the Russian office real estate market in recent years and significantly strengthened the holding's position in the prime office space segment.

In 2025, Kama Capital continued to expand its portfolio by completing the acquisition of two of the country's most prominent outlet centers – Outlet Village Belaya Dacha in Moscow, with a total area of 37,200 sq. m, and Outlet Village Pulkovo in St. Petersburg, with a total area of 35,500 sq.m.

Today, Kama Capital is consistently implementing a long-term development strategy aimed at building one of the largest investment portfolios of commercial real estate in Russia, with a particular focus on asset quality, rental business sustainability, and creating additional value for partners and investors.
