LLC Akvarel, part of the Kama Capital holding, OJSC Pervy Khladokombinat (part of the Auchan group), and LLC Le Monlid (ex. Leroy Merlin) have entered into a settlement agreement in connection with a dispute concerning the reconstruction of the Troika shopping and business center.The signed settlement, together with a petition for its approval and for the termination of proceedings, has been submitted to the court. The hearing for its final approval is currently scheduled for July 7, 2026.
Kama Capital acquired the Russian assets of Ceetrus in 2024,. The transaction perimeter included a stake in the Troika shopping and business center, the Akvarel shopping complexes in Pushkin, Volgograd, and Tolyatti, as well as in-store checkout-zone spaces within Auchan hypermarkets. Subsequently, Kama Capital initiated legal proceedings related to the technical condition and reconstruction of the Troika shopping and business center.

Following the court's approval of the settlement agreement, all proceedings in the case will be terminated.
