In Q1 2024, retail properties were added to the company’s portfolio after the acquisition of Ceetrus, a former part of the international ELO group (ex-Auchan Holding), assets in Russia: 15 shopping galleries and 4 shopping centers with a GBA of 340,000 sq. m. This deal was a milestone in the Russian retail property market
Today the company’s land stock exceeds 200 hectares in five Russian regions. A last mile warehouse complex with a GBA of 70,000 sq. m is currently under construction in the Kazan metropolitan area
