Kama Capital purchased the business center from the international Hines Russia & Poland Fund and the Czech company PPF Real Estate in May 2024. According to some market experts, the estimated price tag for the deal ranges between 35 and 40 billion Russian rubles.
The Metropolis business center is a modern office complex with a total area of 110,000 sq.m, comprising three class A buildings located on Leningradsky highway in Moscow, near the Voykovskaya metro station. Key business hubs such as the Moscow International Business Center (MIBC Moscow City), Sheremetyevo Airport and the Boulevard Ring are within a
30-minute drive. The office complex boasts excellent transportation accessibility, featuring a multi-level parking garage, a taxi stand and proximity (within a 10 minute walk) to several metro stations, the Moscow Central Circle (MCC), the Moscow Central Diameters (MCD D2) as well as bus and tram stops.
