The Forbes annual ranking of the largest rental recipients is based on an assessment of income from leasing commercial properties. The acquisition of the the Metropolis business center in 2024, one of the largest in Moscow (with a total area of 112,845 sq.m) from the Hines Russia & Poland Fund and PPF, as well as a portfolio of retail properties totaling around 290,000 sq.m., including the Aquarelle shopping centers, as well as retail galleries and cashline zones located in Auchan hypermarkets from Ceetrus, a subsidiary of ELO Group (ex-Auchan Holding), were acknowledged among the other achievements of the holding company, which made its debut in the 2024 ranking.
The company noted that participation in the Forbes ranking to be a significant achievement, made possible by the professionalism of the Kama Capital team and the overall transparency of the company's operations. The strategic priority for the company remains unchanged: we will strive to grow our portfolio adding quality retail, warehouse, and office properties, as well as the development and effective operation of existing assets.
