The Aquarelle shopping center in the city of Pushkino, Moscow region, was recognized as a winner in two nominations of this year's Green Property Awards: Best Shopping Center and Best Clover-certified. The award strengthens the leadership position of Kama Capital, the owner, in the management and development of modern commercial real estate projects.
For the fourth year straight the independent Green Property Awards for the real estate industry have been recognizing the leading projects and companies that demonstrate high standards of technology, environmental friendliness and energy efficiency. The jury of the award includes some of the leading experts in the real estate market, specialists from development, consulting and management companies. Over 50 jury members participate in the voting. This year, about 60 participants from 11 regions of the country submitted applications for the award. Kama Capital’s victory in two nominations demonstrates the company’s significant contribution towards sustainable development.
The Kama Capital Holding, together with Nhood, the property management company operating the shopping center, have created a comfortable and modern space for visitors with an emphasis on environmental projects: waste sorting points have been installed on the territory, clothing and pet food donation drop-offs have been organized as part of the Green Drop initiative, the parking lot is equipped with charging stations for electric vehicles, further emphasizing the overall commitment to sustainable development and carbon footprint reduction. These measures are aimed at creating a comfortable and responsible space that meets modern environmental requirements and the needs of society.
The Aquarelle shopping center in Pushkino is a modern family shopping and entertainment destination located 17 kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road in the Pushkinsky district. The center was opened in 2019 and occupies an area of about 110 000 sq.m. In addition to housing many brand-name stores, the shopping center has a spacious atrium for events, a children's playground, relaxation area, the PROSTORUM multispace cultural center with a lecture hall, gastropub, educational center and retail space, a terraced food court, sports grounds, recreation areas, walking routes and extreme-sports’ zones.
