The Kama Capital holding company won the top prize in the prestigious “Deal of the Year. Purchase and Sale” category as part of the XXII Annual Commercial Real Estate Award CRE Moscow Awards 2025 for the acquisition of the Metropolis business center.

The Kama Capital investment holding ranked 24th in the '30 largest Russian landlords' ranking 'Kings of Russian Real Estate' compiled by Forbes. According to the publication, the annual rental income of "Kama Capital" could reach $75 million (USD).

The purchase of the Metropolis business center by the Kama Capital holding company took the number four spot in the ranking of the top ten largest commercial real estate  transactions t in 2024, taking fourth place in the rating released  by RBC.

The Aquarelle shopping center in the city of Pushkino, Moscow region, was recognized as a winner in two nominations of this year's Green Property Awards: Best Shopping Center and Best Clover-certified.

The deal had been approved by a subcommittee of the Government Commission for Control over the Implementation of Foreign Investments in the Russian Federation and the Federal Antimonopoly Service. The transaction amount is not disclosed, but the parties point out that it meets their expectations and the current state of the Russian real estate market.

Kama Capital, an investment holding, has purchased the Metropolis Business Center (GBA is 110,000 sq. m.) on Leningradskoe Shosse, near the Voykovskaya Metro Station, from Hines Russia & Poland Fund (USA) and PPF Real Estate (Czech Republic).

Kama Capital (JSC), an investment holding, has purchased the Russian assets of Ceetrus ELO group (known as Auchan Holding), with the GBA exceeding 340,000 sq. m. The parties do not disclose the amount of deal which could be the milestone in the retail property market since the beginning of 2024.
